Principal Accountabilities:
1. Control product’s color with standard before shipment and input the data into color database.
2. Train operator instructions and supervise them to meet requirement.
3. Analyze color performance stability and manage color operator.
4. Support all kinds of audit and audit production to follow working instruction.
5. Handle customer complaint about color difference and ask production to take corrective actions.
6 Support project improvement.
7. Support new color product develop.
8. Support new process or equipment qualification.

Requires:
1. University or above， major in chemical engineering is preferred.
2. Above 3 years working experience in chemical industry or paint experience.
3. Skillful computer skills and analysis tools.
4. Strong quality awareness， ISO9001 audit certification is preferred.
